Minecraft 1.18.1 Texture Packs

Just a few days after the release of the Caves & Cliffs Part 2 update, the next new game version is available. However, the new features are quite minor, and the focus is clearly on fixing bugs. One important fix in this Minecraft update is that the fog now starts further away from the player. This allows you to look further into the distance with the best 1.18.1 texture packs and take a better look at the biomes. The rest of the tweaks are rather minimal. Nevertheless, there are some cool 1.18.1 texture packs for this Minecraft update as well. No new textures are added compared to the previous version, but the creators have used the time to improve their packs as well. It’s even good news that no new blocks and items are added. This means that even older Minecraft texture packs are compatible with version 1.18.1. They often display a warning message with a red background, but you can ignore it.

Furthermore, this texture pack list is growing almost daily and all download links for 1.18.1 are always up-to-date. You can find everything from survival mode texture packs to PvP texture packs in this list. Almost every popular category has been taken into account in the collection. All of them are compatible with Minecraft Java Edition, but some of them are also compatible with Bedrock and MCPE. Moreover, most of the projects are free for all game editions, but as a console player, you’ll unfortunately have to pay for almost all of them. Also, some resource packs require Optifine 1.18.1, so you should install that mod as well. A small side effect is that you can also get shaders with Optifine.
